How do I book a stay at Anceu?

Send a request with your dates. We check the house, read what you wrote and reply personally. A request is not an automatic booking; nothing is due until we confirm your stay. Then you pay the first 14 nights before you arrive, through a Stripe link.

What is included in a stay?

Coffee, tea and bread, 1 Gbps fibre, cleaned shared spaces, and optional village life. The details sit in the four notes below, from the desk to the long table. Read the travel guide.

Food

Coffee, tea and bread are always available. Family dinners happen Monday, Wednesday and Friday and cost €5 each.

Work

1 Gbps fibre, silent coworking, call-friendly spaces and dedicated rooms for private meetings.

Daily life

Shared spaces are cleaned, utilities are included, and laundry costs €3 per load with products included.

Community

Village life, local-impact projects and walking trails are part of the rhythm here, without a compulsory programme.

How long can I stay?

The minimum stay is 15 days and the maximum is 60. Stays shorter than 30 nights are priced 25% above the monthly daily rate.

Private ensuite room for one person. 2027 monthly rates are on the cards below.

Extra guest: €10 per day for stays of 30–60 nights; €12.50 per day for stays of 15–29 nights.

Can I cancel?

Once we confirm your stay, you pay the first 14 nights before you arrive, through a Stripe payment link we send by email. Confirmed bookings are non-refundable. If an emergency prevents you from coming, write to us and we will look for a fair solution together.
